access to new details about a prospective borrower's past -- such as past rental applications, inquiries to pay-day lenders, and missed child support payments -- that will be factored in to a new credit score.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Real estate and mortgage data aggregator CoreLogic says it's signed an agreement to work with Fair Isaac Corp., the owner of the widely used FICO score, to develop new credit risk scores for the U.S. mortgage industry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Much of the data CoreLogic collects on consumers hasn't been available from traditional credit reporting agencies but is important to mortgage lenders, the company said.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CoreLogic says it will serve as a "supplemental credit repository," augmenting data provided by TransUnion, Equifax and Experian with property ownership and mortgage obligation records, property legal filings and tax payment status, rental applications and evictions, inquiries and charge-offs from pay-day and online lenders, and consumer-specific bankruptcies, liens, judgments and child support obligations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Santa Ana-based company will generate a CoreScore Credit Report for lenders to alert them to bad debts that might previously have gone undiscovered. The reports may also help some consumers by identifying previously hidden credit history that reflects well on them, the company said.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CoreScore consumer information will be "instantly merged" with traditional credit report data "in a single, integrated report only available from CoreLogic," the company said in announcing the new reports last week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At that time, it was unclear whether the CoreScore reports would also be used to calculate borrower's FICO scores.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today, CoreLogic and Fair Isaac announced that they plan to offer mortgage lenders a "credit scoring solution" that will combine data from CoreScore reports with Fair Isaac's FICO 8 Mortgage Score. That product will serve as the basis for future solutions that "deliver additional loan level insight and support more intelligent and consistent lending decisions," the companies said.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A spokeswoman for CoreLogic told Inman News that the FICO 8 Mortgage Score "will likely be an input" to a new score that will be provided along with the CoreScore Credit Report. There are no plans to update the FICO 8 Mortgage score itself to use the additional CoreLogic data, she said.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So lenders purchasing services from CoreLogic Credco will get back two scores: The score or scores they use for decisions today, such as the FICO 8 Mortgage Score or classic FICO score, plus a new score that uses the value of FICO 8 Mortgage Score and the CoreScore data.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"By blending the unique data from CoreLogic with the analytic expertise of FICO, we will be able to deliver a new and more predictive credit score with our recently launched CoreScore Credit Report," said Tim Grace, senior vice president of Product Management and Analytics for CoreLogic, in a statement. Of  those, 573,016 travelers arrived by air from the United States,  representing a 23.7 percent growth over June 2009. Another 41,184  tourists arrived from Canada in June, compared to 21,322 in June 2009.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;“We feel these numbers are evidence of the strength and quality of  Mexico’s destinations,” says Mexico Secretary of Tourism Gloria Guevara.  “Despite all that’s going on in the world today, the traveler knows he  or she can come to Mexico and find unique, vacation experiences offering  not only our famous sun and beach destinations, but the chance for  archeological, culinary and artistic experiences as well. Mexico is the  only place on the earth where you can experience all that in a single  trip.”&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Mexican tourism officials note that part of the increase in travel is  due to AeroMexico’s decision to add new flights between the United  States and Mexico. AeroMexico added new flights between Monterrey and  Miami in June and a new Monterrey to Houston route on July 5. Stolen was my press pass, my ear-piece for my cell and my keycard). That's life in the big city.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I montored 2 classes "In Polite Company" and "Broker's Rountable". All the classes were fantastic and very informative (kuddos to the organizers, staff, vendors and volunteers for a job well done).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;In Polite Company dealt with the changing real estate face and the diversity of our clients and customers today and how to hone our skills in order to meet each client's unique needs. Many are wondering if now is a good time to buy, where others are considering on selling and cutting their loses. According to a recent analysis of Federal Reserve data by the National Association of Reltors shows the answer is yes, now is a good time to own a home.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In comparison with renters, home owners have much greater household wealth, says NAR's April commentary on the Fed's Survey of Consumer Finances. Owners' wealth exceeds that of renters by a factor of 50-to-1: a median of $205,200 versus a median of $4,200. The main wealth difference between the two is home equity, of course. And even for households who've owned their home only since 2003, home equity gains are the rule rather than the exception- in some cases, equity gains heve been significant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In all 150 markets tracked by NAR, including hard-hit markets,households who've  owned their home for 10, 15, and 20 years have uniformly enjoyed strong equity gains despite the recent downturn.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Data can clearly show that homewonership remains the biggest store of wealth for the typical household, so YES HOMEOWNERSHIP STIL PAYS. More than 5,200 DFW residential properties are scheduled for April's foreclosure auctions in the four-county area.&lt;br /&gt;It's only the second time that monthly home foreclosure postings in the area have been this high, according to George Roddy, president of Foreclosure Listing Service. "The only other month that residential postings reached above 5,000 was in February of last year, when the record was achieved with 5,315 postings filed."&lt;br /&gt;The biggest jump in foreclosure postings is in Tarrant County, where filings are up 32 percent from a year ago. Collin County reached a new all-time high with almost 700 home foreclosure notices.&lt;br /&gt;Home foreclosure postings in North Texas hit a record last year, with more than 50,000 houses threatened with forced sale after their owners defaulted on mortgages. That was up 17 percent from 2007. Through the first four months of 2009, the number of foreclosure postings is up 7 percent from the same period last year.&lt;br /&gt;North Texas has suffered from soaring home foreclosures for several years, but there had been signs in recent months that the volume of defaults was leveling off. Economists are now worried that increasing job layoffs and rising unemployment in the area will result in more people losing their homes.&lt;br /&gt;"Debt, in the form of subprime loan [payment] resets, was a primary cause for foreclosure postings last year," said Ted Wilson, a housing analyst for Residential Strategies Inc. "Now, with increasing announcements of layoffs, it shouldn't come as a surprise that postings remain stubbornly high."&lt;br /&gt;Some lenders have been holding off on foreclosures in recent months, and the surge in postings may indicate that they are "getting back to business," Roddy said.
